Greetings Hampton Hornet Family!

Welcome to an exciting new school year at Hampton Middle School—where we are Achieving Excellence in All that We Do……The Hampton Way!

I am honored to begin my 3rd year as the Principal of Hampton Middle School. This is my 24th year as an educator—a journey that began at Adamson Middle School in Clayton County. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education (BSED) in Social Science Education from the University of Georgia, followed by both a Master’s and Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Mercer University.

For the past 19 years, I’ve proudly served the students of Henry County as a teacher at Henry County Middle School and Locust Grove High School. I’ve also had the opportunity to support students as a High School Graduation Coach and as an Assistant Principal at Eagle’s Landing High School and Woodland High School.

This year, our schoolwide theme is: “Let’s Make It to the Finish Line by Accelerating Student Achievement!”

Just like in a championship race, success requires focus, determination, and teamwork. Together, we are committed to supporting every student as they push toward academic excellence and personal growth.

We look forward to a successful school year filled with hard work, achievement, and celebrations. Together, let’s accelerate forward and cross the finish line strong!

Go Hornets!
